to move into areas such as technical consultancy, business
consultancy, project management and business development.
New graduates attend an induction course before being assigned to a
particular project team. As you progress through the company痴 grade
system you値l follow a comprehensive training programme. Your software
engineering training will be supplemented by courses in languages,
tools, technology, leadership and project management skills. You値l
also benefit from regular supervision by more experienced colleagues
as you work through progressively more challenging assignments.
At the end of each project you値l receive formal feedback on all aspects of your performance, plus you値l have annual performance appraisals. Our goal is to help you realise your full potential, but the speed at which you do this is largely up to you.
